Core Settings:

Web Database Connection Target

Determines which shopping cart database the scripts connect to. Database connection details need to have been provided and built into the scripts by the developer.

Maximum Orders Per Session

This sets the maximum number of orders to be imported each time the session is called from OrderWise. Leave blank when not being applied and to allow all available orders to import.

Order Days Back

This determines how far back in days the scripts should look for orders. If not set, this defaults to search back 7 days. This is an inclusive value so setting it to 1 will import orders from yesterday and today. If used in conjunction with "Order Age" the later of the two dates is used.

Order Post Date

This will force the scripts to import only those orders placed after this date (time is not a factor). For example, 17/01/2013 will search for orders dated after 17th January 2013. This date would normally be set to the earliest date from the point when orders should be imported, often from the date the scripts are deployed in a live environment. If used in conjunction with "Order Days Back", the later of the two dates is used.

Affected SKU List

When testing stock level and pricing synchronisation, you're able to control the products being updated by setting a comma delimited list of SKUs. This limits the scripts to only applying updates to this controlled set of products.
